Hair Damage Disclaimer Certain services—such as lightening, coloring, relaxing, perming, or other chemical treatments—can cause stress or damage to the hair or scalp, especially if hair has been previously treated or is compromised. By proceeding with any chemical or high-risk service, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. The salon is not responsible for damage caused during or after the service due to the nature of these treatments. No Refunds Due to the personal nature of our services and the time, products, and professional expertise involved, refunds are not guaranteed and are generally not offered. If you are unsatisfied with your result, you may contact the salon within 24hours of your appointment. While we strive for client satisfaction, any corrections, adjustments, or compensation — including refunds — are made solely at the owner/stylist’s discretion and are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
